Pat Mechare was warned about the trucks trying to avoid the Route 7 detour and going over the bridge - her answer:" I've been calling the DPT, but they aren't returning my calls". Curtis Rand was also warned. His answer: "Gee, they are not really trying to do that, are they". So let's just wait until the bridge gets damaged and closed, and refer to "speculation" that large trucks were crossing the bridge.
