Timing is Everything

You'd think that there would not be scheduling conflicts in a town this small. Think again. The annual evening of Bingo for Education--which raises money for student scholarships--is this Friday night at 7 at the Kellogg School, and it's a family-friendly event, which seems to bring out most of the students at Kellogg along with their parents, godparents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and babysitters. Alas, the town has scheduled a second public hearing on the budget at Town Hall for Friday night at 7 PM, too. Ah, the challenges of citizenship.
