FYI: More than a couple of people at the party referred to Murphy as "the white Obama." It makes sense: When Murphy speaks, you feel newly hopeful. He gives you faith in the future and the power of goverment and ordinary people to make the world a better place.
I really hope that people of all political persuasions come out to hear Chris speak. And do bring your older children. We so need to inspire activism in our kids!
